There is a numerical ceiling for per country limit for Family Preference category. I want to know how they divide 7% of per country limit between Family sponsored and employment based preference immigrants.
Does someone know where can i find the family Preference numerical limit for Fiscal year 2004, 05, and 06 (which is 480K + unused visas from last year)?
Please respond whatever you know. any help will be appreciated.
