How to calculate 90 days for getting iEAD??? - Please help

Gurus please help me regarding 90 days count for getting iEAD from my RD on EAD.

My H1b expired and wanted to get EAD ASAP.

If I applied on December 24, 2001 (RD on EAD receipt), when should I eligible to get it iEAD? On March 24 or 25th?

What happens if I go on 24th or earlier? Is the IIO going to ask me to come back after 24th? or going to issue iEAD?

the officers are very strict about completing 90 calendar days from receipt date in the EAD. i got mine from santa ana office. You will be completing 90 days on march 23rd and you are eligible to get your iead on the 24th.pls carry your original 765 application, 485 application copy, drivers license. Also download and fill another i765 form from the net. Hope this helps.

Which INS Office? Dates?

Results (Granted or Denied)

Should I answer the following

applied for EAD --> "Yes"
Office --> California Service Center
Date --> Dec 24, 2001 (Receipt Date or Mail date??)
Results --> Don’t know the right word? (should I mention “Pending for review”)

Yes for all
1. applied for EAD - yes
2. Office - CSC
3. Date - your rd on EAD
4. Results - pending approval or whatever your message says

That is why it is good to take your original i765 application.
