How to caculate the date that my I-94 expires for obtaining green card purposes?

Hi,

I just married a US citizen last month in Sept 2012. We're now trying to get me a green card. In the I-485 form, it asks when my I-94 expires. I last entered the USA on an OPT visa on June 4 2012. My internship ended August 1, 2012 and I have already used my 90 day limit as of August 1.

Will this be a problem given that I entered legally and also got married in the USA legally? What date should I put down as my I-94 expire date?

D/S. Also send a copy of the I-94, the folks at USCIS are not dummies, they know about OPT and F1 visa validity and duration,
