How to apply for GC for my parents in India? Any Chennai immigration attorneys?

I am a US Citizen. My parents live in India. I have applied for I-130 for my parents and got I-796C (NOA).

I have requested that their adjustment should be done in India. They live in Chennai jurisdiction.


What is the next step? How long does the prorcess take? I know wthat I have to file G-325 A, I-485, I-864 etc.,

Does any know of any immigration experts in Chennai area?

Please help.

Firstly, "adjustment" is a process that takes place inside the US. Your parents will get their green cards through "Consular Processing".

Unless your parents have an arrest/conviction in their past, you really do not need a lawyer. Good luck!!!
