How to Apply for EAD renewal and new AP (Non-Electronic)

Can anyone who applied for renewal of EAD and/Or new AP them selves post the step by step details here ? Please provide details for filing non-electronically. There are bits and pieces of information all over the forum in different threads, but thought it would be good if we can consolidate in one thread.

--many have applied first down load forms from USCIS site form I-131 for AP and I-765 for EAD then come back to us what you dont understand, pay the fees, copy of 485, 2 photo for AP 2 photo for EAD and attach color copies of your driving licence and first page of your passport color copy that has your name, dob, photographs
