I am new to this immigration portal.
RFE for I-485. In my first medical,my doctor didnot mention anything about TB skin test , just mentioned my chest x-ray as -ve. Now i got the RFE why the Skin was not done and to complete it.
My question is

1) Do i need to do all the medical or just answer the query
Doctors are giving
2)My skin test was +ve so doctor took Chest X-ray which was -ve.
(I guess my skin test was + ver cos of BCG which i took in childhood).
But still i took medication for precaution. Now how can i answer this query.

Hi had the same RFE on MAy 7th from NSC. But they also asked for EVL.

When i went to the same doctor, he said i had to do the physical again since my old record is more than a year old. So i did my Physical again and Skin test again .

For me it was +ve before but now it was -ve so no need for X-ray.
For my wife it was +ve both times and she took X-ray and it was -ve.

We both had completed our medication long back.

The general rule is once +ve for skin test you should never do another one.
we were worried to do again but took the risk for the Green card purpose.

The doctor filled a new form.

Hope this is helpful..

Thanks. Did you mention about medication in the new medical form.
Actually i did yesterday, i went to another doctor as we moved to new state.
This time doctor didnot do skintest but put a remark that i had + ve result and details about my medication and chest x-ray was taken and negative.
He attached a copy of medication.
He did Physicals and chest x-ray.
Did i do correctly. Is it okay if Medication details are sent. Will it create any problem. My doctor feels its good to mention if Preventive treatment is taken.
I didnot want to mention it. By the way did you send both yours and your wife together to Uscis or separately. Planning to send today .

The doctor gave two seperate sealed envelops for me and my wife. I just sent them to my attorney. Dont know how they sent them to USCIS.

As long as he filled the Skin test done check box it should be fine. Putting medication info should be fine.
