Let me explain my case. Any suggestions will be helpfull.
I was terminated by a Comapny A. They i gotmy H1 transferred by Company B. I was on bench for 2 months since I was not able to get any projects. I didn't get paid.
Then I joined Company C bacause they ofeered me an ongoing project.
Now I am doing h1 transfer through the Company C. My 194 expires 2005 march. Now I got a querry asking for paystubs for the 2 months.
I wount be able to produce them.
I read that now INS will approve my H1 without I94, and I have to go out of the country to my H1 stamped.
My question is
1) After I get my partial H1 approval letter, how soon must I leave US for getting H1 stamped ? Remember my I 94 is vails till 2005 March. Does he 10 day rule apply ?
