How to answer question 16 on I-765?

Good morning,

Does anyone know how to choose the Eligibility Categories in question 16 of I-765, Application for EAD card? I filed I-140 on NIW. Now we are filing 485 and 765 for my wife. I am not filing 765 for myself. For my wife's 765, how to answer question 16 on 765?
