Could anybody help explain this question:
Are you authorized for Centralized Filing or Sole Jurisdiction?

Thanks for your help, but I'm still confused. I work as a staff scientist in a University that belongs to the NSC. Do I have to choose yes to this question and choose NSC later?

What'll happen if I am not filing under the centralized filing/Sole Jurisdiction?
