If your last entry to U.S was using AP, you can write
"Paroled".

I read in Murthy Chat/forum, there is a detailed discussion on this topic. It is the current status we need to enter. If one enters on H1 visa, now the persion is on AOS pending, then class of admission would be - Pendig AOS. Please search on this at that site.
