how to amend if someone's 140 category happened to be mistaken?

there are a lot of cases waiting for treatment, some mistakes can not be avoided at immigration centers.

Did someone's 140 category happened to be mistaken or heard similar cases? how to amend it? Please share your information, thanks!

your attorney should be able to send an amendment explaining the situation.

I have 2 cases in the same center:
NIW (RD: JUNE/8/2006); EB1A (RD: Oct/10/2006)

OCT 25 evening i sent an email attorney about my eb1a case. OCT 26 morning i was informed immigration center mistakened eb1a as niw, he called and sent a letter to amend. OCT 28 morning I noticed my eb1a case a LUD, OCT 30 morning I got email approval notice. However, today I got the paper approval notice: niw!

How can I do? any suggestions are appreciated.
