My wife just delivered a baby last week. I'm a green card holder and my wife's F2A has been approved and forwarded to NVC in June of 2014 with priority date of March 12, 2014.
I read from this forum it's not necessary for file a new I-130 petition for my new born son, but can add my new born son as Derivative to my wife's approved I-130 by contacting NVC. Could anybody share what he/she had gone through the similar process? Any form or sample letter will be a value plus.
