How to access PERM Sub-account

Hi,

My employer has registered for PERM LC account. He has opened a sub-account and sent me the userid. Now how do I login to this sub-account and start filling online PERM application.

I have this link with me
http://www.plc.doleta.gov/
But how do I login to using the sub-account userid.

Please help.
