I have received my Green Card on 04/27/2004 (April 24th 2004). This is the date on my ACTUAL GREEN CARD.

This is through EMPLOYMENT (H1 - Labor / 140/485).

I would like to apply for Citizenship now using N400

Labor Priority Date: 09/20/2000 (EB3)
I-140: Approved on 11/18/2001
I-485: Approved on 04/24/2004 (Date on Green Card is 04/27/2004)

I would like to know when can I apply for CITIZENSHIP.

You can apply 5 years minus 90 days from the date on your Green Card. So that's sometime in and around January 24th 2009 for you. Make sure, however, to apply several weeks after that minimum date since you may be denied for applying a day or two before the deadline.

You can apply up to 90 days before you have 5 years of continuous residence as a LPR.
