how should I explain my previous NIW denial???

it caused many trouble for me. Now that I am trying to file again, I wonder if there are ways to explain why I was denied...

Anyone done that before ?

Do you need to explain that? Or even refer to that denial? It is a fresh case you are submitting with updated evidence. So technically you should not require to discuss about the previous denial. However (thankfully) I have not gone through the process personally---so these are just my specultions.
 
I140 has a filed that I should state

if I did it before, if yes, they need an explanation
