We recently received our GC after being employed with GC sponsoring company for 7 years. GC process took 5 years and we received in June 2007.
Now my question is how relevant is it to stay 6 months with this company after the approval. Now a days due to AC21 anyone can switch employer 6 months after applying I485 hence how does it make sense the requirement to stick to the same guys for another 6 months after 5 years during process.
