How often are oath ceremony dates published by USCIS/CSC ?

Right now I see dates published till end of sep ( sep 30 ) but nothing after that..our interview dates are end of sep and we want to pick ( if possible ) the latest oath dates in Oct ( no matter how far the place is ).

Each district court publish for it's city ... like this i for Los Angeles
