HI everyone, I just want to know how obama’s policy about young immigrant will work. He said on the other day that young kind will get work authorization if they have been here since age if 14. I have few questions:
1. When will this process start?
2. After two years can we renew work permit?
3. Can those people travel out of the USA?
4. If someone has asylum case pending, can he transfer his case to that one?

Thanks for your time!

The "process" you are asking about is applying for an EAD based on this Memorandum from the Secretary of DHS. The application process and filing period HAS NOT OPENED. The memo gave them 60 days to sort things out, so mid-August 2012 may the the beginning of the filing period.

Two years is a long way off. It depends on what happens between now and then.

No travel has been authorized at this time. The action being deferred is REMOVAL. If one REMOVES him or herself, they can't come back under current law and policy.

Why would one even consider that option? It would be taken as an admission that the asylum claim was FRAUD to begin with and ensure instant removal.
