Is anybody know how the FBI process the Name check? Do they just take your name and run through the criminal database or anything to do with your finger print. The reason I ask because I have file my I-485 since 2005 and I have my finger print in 2008. When the INS said my case is in the security check, Which is under Name Check. Do the FBI start doing the Name check from my finger print date or did they start to do it from my filing date?
