1.How my company prove the ability to pay the wages?
I have vague memories that it depends on the number of employed workers. But how, and what documentation is needed- I don't know.

2. If there is a RFE issued for that, will they request the same information later on, on the 1-485 phase?

3. How can I figure out my prevaling wage?

Your company has to provide last year gross income, last year Tax return, bank statements it depends what evidence BCIS asks if they send RFE, your lawyer knows what documents to attach with the petition from employer side
