How much time to get Receipt for 485

Could anybody please let me know how much time CSC is taking these days to send out receipt notices for 485

I sent the documents in the first week of Dec...

... and I have still not received the receipt. Maybe it takes about 1-2 months to get the receipt notice.
 
Got the receipt

My attorney told that he has got the receipt today, Mailed on Dec 17,2001, looks like taking 4 weeks to get the receipt notice.
