How much time it should take for my I-485 approval after RFE ?

Hi Folks,
Following is my case:
I-485 (RD: 10/00, ND: 11/00)
FP: 02/01
EAD: 04/01
AP: 01/01
RFE for new/amended I-140 04/01
New I-140 already applied 03/01
RFE replied with receipt of new I-140 04/01
AVM updated 05/26
I140 approved last week

Does anyone has idea about how much time it should take for I-485 approval ?
 
RFE and I-485 approval

I am in the same boat, I got an RFE for amending I-140 and I am
still waiting for approval. A friend of mine who also got an RFE
during the same time frame for amended I-140 from NSC got his
I-485 approved last week.

Here are my details

PD: 05/98
RD (I485): 08/00
FP: 11/00
RFE: 01/28/01
RFE (reply): 03/23/01
RFE (Ack): 04/16/01
Amended I-140 RD: 03/16/01
SC: CSC
Country: India
AD: ?

I really wish that we get our approval at its earliest. BTW, is your amended I140 approved ? If yes, then what is your approval date ?because I think RFE cases (I-140) are taken care of only after I-140 approval.
I just now tried to talk to an IIO but he refused to talk to me and told me to talk my attorney. (woh !!! what a response you can get after holding for around 2 hours) !!!

My amended I-140 (RD 03/16/01) is not approved yet, atleast the AVM
does not indicate that. My attorney is in the process of sending
inquiry faxes and she might call the IIO/Supervisor in a week to
get the status. How much time did it take for your I-140 to get
approved. I believe your RD was 03/01/01.
Also my attorney told me not to talk to IIO, according to her
this might delay the case instead of expediting it. I dont get that.

BTW: What is your Priority date

Please post any developments in your case.

I think you should be getting your approval soon as I am seeing many approvals these days. My PD is 03/99. I do not see any chance of case getting delayed if you sepak to IIO because they are there to answer your questions(???) and not to delay your process...
