How much time for receipt notice

I am new to this forum. My lawyer filed my I140 + 485 and I want to know how
long it takes for the receipt notice. Also,
would my wife be able to travel outside during this period. Thank you for help.
 
ask your wife wife wait till receipt notice is received. It is better in the long run. 3 weeks to 1.5 months is the expected time frame of Receipt from the grand old TSC
 
Thank you. 4 months for receipt notice looks very hopeless. How did you console yourself during 4 months that your application was not lost - just an innocent question; I am not being rude.

Also do they give different receipt notice for 485, EAD and AP or just once receipt/file number ?

I think the concurrent filers (485 + AP + EAD all together) can answer my second question:

do they give us different case/file numbers for each of these applications or just one number ?

mostly You should get the receipt number with in 3 weeks.

You will get different case numbers for each form (I131,485,765)
