How much time for H1 receipt ?

Guys,

my attorney sent H1 transfer on july 24 and until now I haven't received any receipt from VSC.

Have they stopped sending receipt for H1.

Please advice.

Something is wrong, ask your employer or lawyer he may have received receipt, normally VSC sends receipt in 10-15 days. Are you sure lawyer sent the H1 petition to VSC? Have you any proof? If yes call up NCSC

My friends lawyer sent H1 transfer package on 6 August and got the receipt from VSC on august 17

forgot one thing to tell you.
i have fedex tracking number that says it was received at vsc on july 24.

please advice.

do you think it has to do with religious sunset stuff ....

My friend sent it to VSC
It has nothing to do with religious sunset because of sunset only I-140 or other approvals are delayed not reciepts, find the check copy from bank that was mailed as Fee that has the EAC# on back side of cashed check
FedEx tracking is not receipt you should speak to NCSC
