when US employer ask you to come and US employer has job for you and you have valid Visa stamp. no rule that one should go after 3 month or 4 month after visa stamp.Hi
I`m cleared (FBI check) for H1b visa and now should go to the embassy for the visa.I want to know whenever I receive my visa,how much time I`ll have maximum to be in US? 3 or 4 months?

I meant the validity of the visa stamp buddy.

The validity of the visa stamp and the number of entries allowed on that stamp will be stated on the stamp itself.
If a person has a H1B document that is valid for three years, for instance, it doesn’t necessarily mean the stamp will be valid for three years. The consulate can restrict your H1B stamp validity to three months and ONE entry! Now that may sound strange, but a friend of mine got his H1B visa stamped and it was valid for only three months and ONE entry even though his I-797 was valid for three years! It is unusual but it can happen!
