how much time after 140 REF sent

its all depend upon your luck bcos I have seen 4-5 cases where it took time from 10 Days - 6 months or even longer.
just you have to call them once the specified time over which is mentioned on uscis site once they receive RFE response.
Just wait and pray to get early that only I can say based upon current USCIS things.

now a days USCIS things r so uncertain that one cant imagine, latest example 485 got approved and got card also but still 140 pending, guy called USCIS and rep of uscis saying u can change job 485 is a final stage and got approved, so why to worry of 2nd stage 140 is like that you passed 3rd final year of degree got degree certificate so why to worry about 2nd year?????
