How much percentage of 485 cases got RFE?

After seeing so many RFE , I become more curious about how much chance
one will get a RFE, since I still knew personally a lot cases got
approved without a RFE,

If when filing 485 , the documents were complete, will this guarantee
an approval without getting RFE ? or RFE is a random thing.

What do you think ? looks like 50 - 50 chance.

Appreciate any thoughts on this.
 
No guarantees

It does not matter whether you submitted all the docs or not. It\'s a matter of the officer\'s whim/suspicion or your luck!
