Visa - I-130 F3 (married son of US citizen over 21 - case at CSC, received nov 18th, 2004.)
current country: Serbia (Belgrade)

I had 4 last updated dates (LUS`s) so far and that`s it. Waiting - 5 years and half month.
dec 2006. - 1st lud
jun 2008. - 2nd lud
aug 2009. - 3rd and 4th lud (2 in a 4 days)

Any clues? How much longer `till approval/denial. Don`t give me Visa Bulletin data, i know that, only personal opinion from members who pass this road...

California Service Center, USCIS site show for my case "Initial review" circle.

California is averaging 92 months for an F3 based I-130.
