Can you please help me with an average cost

.....my lawyer is asking too much for AC21.
I have filed my 485 & 140 through the same lawyer.
----------- That is the reason becase he represents your employer for I-140. you should have not informed him that you want to use AC21 or want to change employer. you should have gone to diffrent lawyer who can represent YOU or could have used new employer lawyer
** you can search the thread, "sample AC21 letter ) and many dont use any lawyer
