How many years are left on my H1?

Hi-
I was earlier working with a Indian company Y from May 2000 to May 2002 in US on a H1B. I was out of US till June 2003(13 months) and came back on a L1 visa through the same company Y. I am presently working on a new H1 applied through my present employer X starting November 2003. How many years of H1 is still left for me, and what documentation do I need to provide for getting my 6 years back on my H1. I have the appropriate stampings showing the dates of stay in US in my passport, how can I get this amended to get the 6 years back if I'm eligible.

You have 6 yrs from Nov 2003. Since you applied for new H1(not an extension based on your old H1) you should be ok for 6 yrs. Just make sure, that while you are on this H1, anytime you file for extension, you report H1 status from Nov 2003 only. dont mention the old H1 information.
 
Thanks for your response. But how do I show my past records of experience or stay in US without mentioning my old H1. I am planning on changing my employer, so while I apply for my H1 transfer, I need to give all my details. So how can I not mention about my earlier H1, please advise.
