I posted for the first time on this forum this morning registering my details. I was trying to reach the AVM since yesterday and just got thru.
And heard the magic words!!
Both my wife\'s and my case have been approved per AVM on 04/25.
I will update immitracker.com. Good luck, everyone.

ND 2/7/00, FP 3/15/01 India- Still waiting.

Checked with lawyer yesterday. Then had just recieved approval
for Jan 31st 2000 ND. Look like we are close.

Thanks jPol, I shall keep the board posted on further developments.. I am calling the AVM everyday in the late evening but so far, it\'s the same message "You I485 application to adjust to PR status was received on..." I remeber the whole sentence by heart now...

I agree with you. I have been watching the boards too and I see what you mean.
I do not know the answer either.
I\'m just posting what I was told so that it will help others.
