In 2005, I went Ottawa and got my H1 stamped on my passport but they did send it to Washington DC for "administrative processing". I got the clearance in one day and got my passport stamped on third day. I am from a Muslim country.
Now I have to do it again. My question is, will it go to DC again for administrative processing? I did not change my job, working in same company same place.
I read somewhere that if there is no change in the status within last 2 yrs then they dont need admin processing again. Is that true?
