how many times can we change employer?

Currently, I am working on a projects (via subcontracting). my 140 is approved , 485 filed 180 ago.

The sub contracting company indicated me that they could hire me.
But not sure if they would help when the project finishes.

Can i change now and again after 6-8 months.? Should we file ac-21 every time you change?

I am affected by retrogression (eb3-vsc). I want to try this.(else want to go leave USA- fed up of these greedy desi employers , and the laws.)

You can change many time.. critical stuff is when you get RFE then you should be having a employment ( 3 pay stubs ) and an offer.. in theory you may get approval staying unemployed between 140 approval and 485 approval timeframe if no RFE is ever issued..( after 485 filing )

and about leaving USA i feel that some of my friends are having batter time in Bangalore even if i end up making in 3 figures..just personal thot..

Get out from fucking desi companies and search a good stable company...instead of moving two three times,,,,,,before 485 approvals. you will have some peace of mind.
You will get a job one day or other, if you truly search.....

Yes, once I140 is approved and you complete 180 days, then you can change any number of employers till you get I485 approval. There is no need to file AC21 documentation when you change jobs. Just wait for RFE (or approval).
