How many times 221 (g) More Evidence

I have another maybe strange question.

If one is refused the visa (suspended as per Section 221 (g)) at the interview and requested for more evidence then you send the requested evidence but it is not still enough, would they give you another chance to bring more or would they just refuse at that stage?

Thanks
JC

I see you are coming over here with 5 people...maybe there is an issue with proof of any of the 5 people....

I guess you need a lawyer a.s.a.p.

It's all real. The problem was because the officer did not accept our job offer and requested I-134 which we are gathering now and hope this will sort it.

My question was motivated by another whatif: what if after we send the papers requested they say no? Do we have more chances or that will be it?

About the lawyer I do not think that helps in cases with CP.

Anyway thanks for the help.

Why didn't they accept the job offer? Was the job offer not on official letterhead or not mentioning a salary?

Honestly I have no clue if a US lawyer can help with CP in a DV case but I assume he can....but I know for sure a US lawyer can help in CP cases because we had a Miami area based lawyer for years doing our CP case and we always got our visa's.:)

It was on official letterhead and mentioned salary and a list of benefits but failed to state the actual figure (this was still being discussed so they did no put the figure) and this was the trigger.

We are now getting the I-134s as we should have done. We just thought that because we had the job offer it would look strange to have a sponsor as well.

Thanks

Well that should solve your issue!:)

In my opinion the more you bring even if it is kind of double, it shouldn't harm you, just will make your case stronger...but that is just my opinion.
