How many signatures are required in “H supplement to Form I-129”? for H1B

New Member
The employer only signed “Statement for H-1B specialty occupations ONLY”, but I thought Signatures are required at both “ Statement for H-1B specialty occupations ONLY” and “ Statement for H-1B specialty occupations and DOD projects” for H-1B specialty occupations. Should I ask employer to sign on the second line?
