when would one get an RFE notice

RD - 9/13/2001
ND - 11/9/2001
FP - 2/22/2002
Just curious if there would be an RFE when would it be sent.

i think there were at least 30-40 people on that list.

...and there is a link to the html version also. You should be able to see the list he compiled.

GC_SAC did start creating a list and I am not sure where/why he has disappeared now.

RD: 9/24 ND: 11/16 EAD: 11/27 FP: 05/02/02 State: MD Changed job on 07/15/02 due to end of project. Trying to renew EAD and waiting..
 
Correction

My RD is 08-Sep-2001 and ND is 10-NOV-2001 and FP completed on 14-July-2002(That is correct on 14-July-2002).
EB2 -- India. EAC-02-033-xxxxx.

Earlier I wrongly mentioned my RD as 01-Sep-2001.

Talk to IIO at 10:15

I talk to IIO and he told me they are processing RD from AUG15th
and to work on my case it would take 70 days

There might be 1 or 2 sep. approvals till the end of this month. We got to wait till next month to see sep. approvals with respect to Rupnet stats regarding Aug. approvals.

My RD is Sep 27. waiting for approval,Still hanging in there. One of My friend's file was tranfered to LOcal INS RD Sep 5.
