How many Paystub and w2 require for H1 stamping (revalidaation)

Hi All

I am going to new delhi, India for h1 stamping (visa revalidation).
How many months of Paystub and how many years of w2, require for h1 stamping. Please suggest

I am aslo going to New Delhi to get my Visa stamped(7th year extension).
I am taking last 2 years(2002 and 2003) W2's and also last 4 paystubs.

When is your appointment..mine is on 8th Dec.

My appointement is on dec 10th.

Did you filled the online DS-156 form or PDF version of it. Reason I am asking there is not enough room in the online version to enter multiple dates for Q29 and Q30.

Please let me know. somebody advise me to take blank and write by hand? what do you say. And even murty forum some body mention it has to be printed back to back.

Yes, I did fill the Online one but I am also taking a few blank ones and will have them handy, in case they object to it.
They do have to be printed back-to-back.
