Just spoke to my lawyer she told me that right now they are processing PD of 1st may 99,She told me we should have something by FEB end......I hope i get my FB done and get approval

Yes. I did. I received it on Jan 24th. It was approved on Dec 28th according to IIO. Valid from next day after first one expired (Jan/9/01).

By the way, AVM still has not been updated. It still says "Your case was received on Oct 17th..".

Thanks for asking. This chat board has made many friends. I think it is a good thing. Before this board, it was hard to find what was happaening with INS, This is a perfect example of how a group of people working together can make a difference in each others life.

I admire Mr. Khanna, Mylador, Kiran, You and and all other folks who share their experience and make a difference in others lives.

RD Oct 15 and ND Oct 21 EB2 No FP so far.
I called the IIO yesterday and she said your RD date is around the time frame they are sending but your file is not pulled out yet.
