How many ND: Nov 2000 out there wating for approval?

still here ND 11/2/00

EB3 (regular) INDIA EAC-01-026 PD 7/96 RD 10/00? ND 11/2/00 FP 2/01

AVM still says the "Your I-485..." thing. Called VSC IIO about 1 month ago and was told to expect a decision in 2-4 weeks.

Does the AVM change when an RFE is issued - and if yes, how quickly?

RD 10/00, ND 11/8/00 waiting ......

this make me feel nervous as VSC started to approve Jan/01 case. anyway, i believe there are still quite some folks with ND before my date are still waiting.

Congrats void. Thanks for your wishes. I spoke to an IIO on 9/6 & 9/21. On 9/6 I was told that my case is likely to be assigned in the next 7-10 days. On 9/21 I was not the case is not assigned as yet. I do not know if & when I should call again.
