How many more 2001 filers are waiting to be approved?

Officer #16 was a big problem. There were numerous people waiting with him. txGCslave was then transferred to local and got approved miraculously. Search his postings.
 
what is your ccurrent on-line message after your FP done?

Sent inquiry request 3 weeks before no response from them about my case.

Okay.
I am counting the days now, In about 10 more days, my case will be 999 days old. Can TSC do it? According to my last status message, my case should be processed in less than the normal processing time of 990 to 999 days. :rolleyes: What are they going to do, best it by 1 or 2 days? :rolleyes:

Waiting for daughter's approval

We received our approval on 3/18, but waiting for my daughter's approval. Her website says "FP received and pending review", 15 months after FBI sent them to INS.

FP 2/03, 15 months have passed.

Looks like the first wave of approvals has passed. We are the unfortunate ones left behind, hopefully the 2nd wave should start soon.....

it looks like your case is just like mine.My officer # 18 and ref acked on 3/17/04.I don't know whats going on with #18.Do you have any idea how long does he take to process a case.Have you heard from any body !

No idea. I called National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283 yesterday and a lady suggested wait for 30 days, after that they will take next step.

is INS considering your RD or ND, because it looks like if they take RD to consideration then their processing time has passed more than 30 days, so you could able to make a status check.Have you contacted the congressman or senator.Any idea about the great officer # 18.I have friends who have received their approval with 2 weeks after acked of RFE.It's very frustratating.
