LUD change 11/04/04,11/19/04,11/22/04
Still waiting for approval ? How many days still it take more ?
Any Idea ?

My I-485 has RD :03/03/03 and ND : 3/22/03. FP2 was done on Nov 4th 2004 at Hartford and nothing has changed online since my FP1 in May 2003.
Online message still says received FP process resumed May 5th 2003. Hope somebody in this thread gets approved soon.

Any March-April '03 filers with eac031415*** series got approved recently ?

It seems early 2003 filers will have the same fate as late 2001 filers, by looking at bunch of > May'03 and 2004 approvals.
These indiscriminate approvals are definitely going to exhaust the EB3 quotas by December for sure.

FP1 for me - 09/02/04 :: my wife - 09/11/04

LUD for my case changed after FP1 saying "your finger print results recvd.. blah ..blah.."

My wife's LUD changed but never mentioned about FP. she called for a change in the name (as there was a typo in the name)...

I had called for a status inquiry and on 12/02/04 LUD changed and the msg is the same old stuff "we responded to your request"..
