How many March, 01 Cases still left????

I think I\'m in more trouble than I thought

Thank you so much for asking me some import questions,
I went back home and checked my I 140 files, I filed I140 for CP,
(I didn\'t know what CP mean then, lawyer just filed it for me).

Now I\'m in a position of \'filed AOS but I140 for CP\', and lady I talked to yesterday also said they couldn\'t find my I140 first, then later on, she said she found it in another screen, so she made the link so that my I485 files are complete.

She also said my file is \'under judiciary section\', I thought that\'s
the same as \'under review\', now I think, it probabaly is not the same.

Anything I should now ?
 
Yiwen, I believe you are fine. Since she found the I-140 info in - -

She said that she found the info on another screen. Now-a-days they are collecting I-140 file from their own storage.
 
when you file your I-140

you have to options to choose:
AOS : Adjustment of Status
CP : Councilor Processing
 
ND & RD U CAN FIND ON THE TOP LEFT SIDE OF 485 RECEIPT.

My RD (RECEIPT DT) 03/27, ND ( NOTICE DT )04/03,FP09/18/01,EAC 01-142.... EB-3,PD 05/97. No news so far.AVM telling that it\'s processing and will take 365 days to ..... What is yr EAC starts with?
PLS TELL ME YR RD & ND.
