How Many Left before Nov. 12?

sorry My FP2 dats should say 2004. Apologize for the mistake.


Here are my details again:

ND OCT1 2002
FP1 Nov 2002
Online message changed soon afterwards saying recieved reslults of your FP on nov 2002 and processing has began on your case

FP2 may 2004

Status still old :(

what do you think I should do? Maybe I will post another message
 
I am waiting, too

Yesterday I called 1-800 number and submit request for enquiry. Let's see what happens now.
LUD just changed once after 2nd FP to 9/14/2004. Nothing after that..still same old FP1 message.
Everyday get disappointed and frustrated more and more.
 
Frustration and Disappointment is not going to help. It happens when you start seeing other people around your date getting approved. I checked on Immigrationwatch.com and it predicted that for my date I can expect approval in Feb 06 and it said if I am lucky I might get it in Jan'05, as only 10.63% cases has been processed for my date.

I was very-very anxious after completing FP-2, slowly that anxiety is fading away even though I check status every hour. So, I am trying to calm myself.

I485 notice date is Sept 10 2002.
Did 1 FP in oct 2002
havent heard anything after that from Vermont.
Got my 3rd EAD and AP last month.
Called the 1-800 number but no use.

Anyone who havent received their 2nd FP yet?

I agree with you Buddy. Looks like VSC is making preparations to go into Hibernation again. I have contacted the Congressman's office thrice till now and they are of absolutely no real help. :confused:

Only GOD should helps us now.....

Waiting for enquiry answer..

The same day when processing date was changed to Nov. 21, I called up and asked for enquiry. Today I found LUD changed to 10/12/2004 but same old FP1 message.
I don't know what to do..really tired of this long wait. Nothing happens as planned, getting frustrated more and more.
