How Many Left before Nov. 12?

I was thinking since VSC put the current processing date as Nov. 12, 2002, How many people are there before that date? And also it would be important to know how many people left are like who have never heard anything about their cases yet.

I mean no RFE etc.

Just a note...

All the guys who list names in the thread are eligible for a status inquiry on their case to VSC or could ask Senator/Congressman as their dates have fallen behind the current processing date.
 
I have had no rfe, did my fp2 on June 02, 2004. Sent 2 queries to USCIS and 2 letters to the congressman. What else can i do??? BTW..my FP2 was passed by the FBI. Sent 2 queries for the name check..no reply.
 
No RFE. FP2 done on Sep 14th. LUD changed 4 times since then, but message remains same "FP1 results received in May 2003..."
 
My RD has been finally reached by VSC

I am going to try to check the status of my FP2 now and start gathering info regarding writing to the congressman/woman.
 
I opened a status inquiry yesterday

I initiated a status inquiry yesterday. From my experience, USCIS does not allow you to open status inquiry unless the processing date is 30 days past your RD Date. Last week the date was Sept 21 and my RD was Sept 4, I called and tried multipe times, each time a different rep told me to call once the processing date is OCt 4, 2002 or greater.
 
How you guys know, Check on Name has been completed and report submitted?

We should keep this thread alive, every individual before Nov 12, 2002, and not approved should write. We wish them speedy approvals.

ND Sept. 5, nothing yet. Do I call VSC directly or should I ask my lawyer to call?

updating my complete info. I just called FBI to check the status of my FP2 .. It was sent on 8/20/2004, the same day I went for FP.
