How many July\'00 and Aug\'00 ND still waiting?

Talked with IIO today

PD:4/98, RD,ND:8/00 NSC

I was told that the case was assigned to officer in mid Nov. Hopefully assigned to officer really means it \'s been processed by
someone.

I asked when I should call back. She said in about a month.

When I call they said the same thing to me but when I asked when was it assigned they did not have any answer for me. It is shady.

I got an RFE. I am kinda confused. I had submitted everything. I wonder what it might be. RD 8/21 ND 9/11
 
How long to get update after case taken?

I was told that my case was taken by an officer for review on 11/14/2001. Though I don\'t
know whether it means "assigned" to an officer.

Till now, no RFE or anything, just sits there.

How long after "case taken" a RFE is expected? Can an officer just takes the case and let it
to wait in his/her waiting queue for a long time, I mean, does the officer has to meet some
time limits?
