How Many Jan/Feb Filers are there without 2nd FP?

I am wondering what is happening with my case.

FP1 : 5/25/2002
RFE: 8/26/2003 (Exactly around FP1 got expired)

No movement afterwards - Not even second FP. Is there any body else in similar situation?

Got FP2 notice

Hi Friends
My dreams were shattered when I recieved my 2nd FP notice almost 4 months of my RFE reply. I thought I might get approval directly. Anyways looks like another 6 months I am not seeing my approval.
My details :

RD 01/28/02
ND 02/12/02
FP1 05/12/02
FP1 recd 05/22/02
RFE Issued 09/23/03
RFE response recd 10/23/03

FP2 Notice issue date 02/16/04
FP2 scheduled for 04/07/04

Problem is that I have scheduled India trip during that period and I have to reschedule it. I am going for my interim EAD this Tuesday, will try early FP or get an appt .

Anybody with early FP experience at Newark?

I tried early fp in Newark last sat (02/21), even though the place was empty at 2:30pm, they did not let me do the fp. Security seems to be nice. (My wife did early fp last october.)

Let us know about your interim ead experience. I am planning go to there next week. Good luck.
 
Me too, waiting for renewed FP. I did 1st FP in June 2002 and 2nd in July 2002 (1st FP unreadable). The 2nd FP expired long time ago. I'm the primary applicant. The strange thing is my spouse received 2nd FP notice and did this in Oct 2003.
