How many i485 forms to submit?

Hi, My wife and I are applying for GC. I am the primary H1, she is on F1 currently.
How many I485 forms do we need to submit? one or two?
Also if I understand right we need to submit
2x $220 for I-485
2x $100 for EAD, and submit 2x I-765
2x $25 for fingerprints, but we don\'t have to submit fingerprints at this time?
2x $95 for AP and submit 2x I-131

You will need two 485 forms

The fees are correct at this time. However, they will be increasing in a couple of weeks (don\'t know exact dates, look in INS website). If you are applying after those dates, use new fee rates.
 
About AP - My AP rejected

AP(Advance Parole)or I-131 is for travel abroad during 485 pending.If you are using EAD and need to travel abroad AP is must. If working on H1 status and have H1 visa, no need to apply. But it\'s a good idea, doesn\'t hurt to apply and not use it. ($95 each)

My AP is rejected\'coz my company forgot to file correct fee (more or less both are a problem).
