How many have won every year since 1995 ?

Anyone has statistics - of how many have won every year since 1995 ?

We have seen information of how many have been given Notification Letters every year BUT is there any information of how many have won every year region wise.

I know the number every year cannot be more than 50,000 BUT has there been any year in which people have not got GCs because the numbers were exhausted ?
