Usually, how many entry will be granted for H1 visa by consulates? (expecially for those whose transferred for F1 to H1 in US).

Multiple entry will be issued..
reg your other question about how often to they issue H1..its not a problem as long as you have all the reqd docs and not out of status any time. I convereted from F1 to H1 and got the visa at Ottawa and the interview was less than 2 minutes..he just wanted my petition and employer letter.

i had 2-3 paystubs, and the entire H1 approval stuff including LCA....
its not reqd but good to keep. "better safe than sorry"
carry all the papers with you
