How many days /weeks /months ???

Hi ,

I am appearing for the interview in July in buffalo. My medical, ROLF etc everything is done. How many days do u think it will take to get Visa in my hand after the interview ? Mine is a rare case in which I was asked for the interview after it was waived.

I know of a pal waiting for a final response after the interview which was conducted 8 weeks back.

what about your FBI clearence? if FBI clearence, Medical exam are OK and you Pass the interview, you might get your LP in maximum 6-8 weeks.

My medical is valid till October 01. My PC and fingerprint is expired.
My interview is in Another week or so. So what do you think....will they ask me to do my Police clearance again ? by that time my medical will expire. then what ?? My lawyer says that most probably they will ask me to do Police clearance. Any info wud be appreciated.

Good luck on your interview.
I am worried now.
I was already interviewed for Quebec immigration last yr and now my files are still processing in Buffalo.
I paid my ROLF and I did my medical exam.
Now they are conducting Korean Police Clearance.

Can you PLEASE share with me your visa process ?
I am hoping I can move to Montreal before end of this year.
